Ruhi Sharma has been appointed as General Manager at Avaada Group, where she will lead end-to-end talent acquisition for the company’s rapidly expanding renewable energy business.

Prior to joining Avaada Group, Sharma held senior talent acquisition roles at Jakson Green and ReNew. In these positions, she played a key role in hiring talent for businesses spanning solar power, green hydrogen, EV manufacturing, and sustainability-focused operations.
